Information Desk

A large team of volunteers helps at the Ashmolean Information Desk, dealing with visitor enquiries, selling audio guides, and providing a warm welcome to the Museum. Most volunteers help for a regular slot each week.

Late Night and Private Events

Occasional stewarding help is a real boon to us at public and private events - taking names, manning the cloakroom, handing out programmes, and ensuring that people know their way around.

Visitor Surveys and Observation

A task that helps us to improve our service - and with volunteers’ help we can do so much more!
